Snoopy previously led an outdoor life, much like his comic-strip namesake, but he’s already proven that he’s Joe Cool when it comes to being an indoor pet. In fact, move over, doghouse – our Snoopy’s prime napping spot is on someone’s lap! “His favorite thing in the world is a nice cozy lap to snuggle up in,” says his foster dad. “I think that he may be the greatest lap cat that we have had.” Snoopy tested positive for FIV, but that’s no reason to pass this cuddle bug by. The condition is passed only to other felines through deep bite wounds or breeding, and Snoopy has no plans on doing either. He’s been “gentle and submissive” with all the cats he’s met here at Whiskers. Besides perching on his person’s lap, Snoopy’s favorite hobbies include bestowing head nudges and striking up a conversation. “He is always talking. I imagine that he is just asking you to sit down so he can snuggle up!”
