5 Year Anniversary Celebration

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is hosting a 5-year anniversary celebration!

We’re looking to raise money for a holding facility that will:

• Provide a secure place for kittens to make sure they are healthy before they enter a foster home.
• Feature a surgical suite where volunteer vets have offered to perform spay and neuter operations.
