With fur so soft that you might think he’s part rabbit and a tendency to start purring at the mere sight of people, Monday is an absolute joy. As for his name? One of our volunteers once had a similarly handsome flame point Siamese named Friday – and Monday arrived at Whiskers on a, well, you guessed it. Since he previously lived outside, he’s still getting used to indoor life but, according to his foster mom, already loves people and belly rubs. Even when he hides for a bit, “he will start purring from his hiding spot when he sees you walking into the room, which gives away his hiding spot. So cute!” Monday also has an adorably klutzy streak, and “his playful kitten side” can’t resist batting around balls or string. He can tolerate a dog that respects his space and gets along with cats and kids over 6. His adopter will need to be patient as Monday settles in, but “once he does, he will love on you.” With this sweet boy around, you’ll always look forward to Monday!
