Luisa is strong just like her namesake on the movie “Encanto” – she just doesn’t look it. “While she is the smallest of the litter, she can win any kitty fight,” says her foster mom. After all, Luisa and her siblings had an unimaginably cruel start in life: being dumped in a pet carrier on the side of the road.
