she was a little timid when she first arrived at Whiskers, she “has come a long way. Lucy is a
sweetie and can find entertainment in everything!” says her foster mom. She’s especially comedic
when it comes to chasing and tackling crinkle toys, mice and puffballs. But after she’s had her
fills of hijinks, out comes her soft side. “Lucy cuddles, especially when she’s tired. She would do

The application process helps maintain family and home information in one place and offers online home visit detail and approval process for potential adopters. Finally, once adopted, dogs, cats and new owners are linked for historical purposes.
