Keane may be missing a foot, but really, her main “special need” is to love and be loved! “Keane is sweet and loving but playful,” says her foster mom. “She loves to snuggle and is in love with my cat, Simon. She loves having a big cat to look up to.” Keane lost her foot naturally soon after birth, but it’s all healed up and she’s a healthy girl who doesn’t let it slow her down. “She challenges herself to play, walk and run just like the rest of the kittens.” In fact, Keane actually has an independent streak and entertains herself adorably with “string, springs and toes.” Still, her foster mom thinks she would be happiest with another cat or small dog for companionship, or older kids since sweet Keane likes to be played with gently.
