With his ultra-plush gray coat and teddy-bear face, Justice could pass for a stuffie. But then, cuddled like a cherished toy is exactly how Justice wants to do life! “He’s a Stage 5 clinger,” says his foster mom. “He’s the first to run to me when I enter the foster room and needs constant attention.” He also needs a playmate because, as sweet as he is, Justice is a natural leader of the pack.
