Even her meow is ultra-adorable! “She is so quiet and will give you the daintiest ‘meow’ to try and get your attention,” says her foster dad. And when she does? Time for pets unlimited and, if Guinness has her way, a bird’s eye view of her surroundings. “Much like her sister, Bailey, she enjoys perching on your shoulder if you pick her up.
