If only Franklin could tell us his story. This utterly gorgeous older boy came onto the Whiskers radar as part of a TNR project – except “return” wasn’t the best option for him. That’s because, although Franklin had been living as a community cat for who knows how long, he clearly was a family pet once – already neutered and declawed, and quickly endearing himself to Whiskers volunteers as a chatty guy who “loves chin scratches.” We’re still having the pleasure of getting to know Franklin, but he’s thought to be at least 10 years old and perhaps a Marble Bengal.
