Frank has every bit as much charisma as his crooner namesake, Frank Sinatra. When his foster mom was asked to sum up this kitten’s personality, “funny, playful and outgoing!” immediately came to mind. While our Frank also started out as an “Ol’ Blue Eyes” when very young, he’s matured into having the most striking green ones. And that little bit of white on his tail is not only adorable but a constant source of entertainment. “How he chases the little white tip of his tail,” his foster mom named as her favorite thing about Frank. “I think it startles him sometimes!” The most confident of the “Rat Pack Litter,” he would be a star in any loving home. “He rubs up on our dogs, plays with our cats and loves all people!”
