Dionne was simply meant to be someone’s furry best friend, just like her namesake, Dionne
Warwick, was destined to be a star. “She is very outgoing and seeks out attention,” says the
feline version’s foster dad. “She is calm and sweet and enjoys being held and snuggled.” Dionne
is barely more than a kitten herself, thought to be around a year old, and came from a large
outdoor colony. But she’s taken to indoor life right away and is the BEST mom to her
kitten, Bobby, whom she’d “stashed away” in a garage cabinet for safekeeping at
his former home. “She is very much a motherly cat, so most times you can find her looking
around the room ‘chirping’ at any kittens around, making sure to keep everyone in line.” But
now that Dionne is retiring from motherhood, this gray beauty is ready to find a forever home
where she could be someone’s loyal sidekick. “She seeks out attention from the moment you
walk in the room.” After all, that’s what friends are for!
