When they were just three weeks old, Chloe and her sister, Natalie, were found outside Dollar Tree. We can only imagine why they were left there, but we know for certain how much they have to offer their forever homes! Chloe is a loving but spunky little girl who “is so active and playful that she sometimes startles herself to the point that her tail poofs up!” says her foster mom. Her favorite modes of play are chasing toys (jingle balls, stuffed toys, wands – you name it) and wrestling with her sister. Since Chloe is so friendly, “she would do well with other cats, especially close to her age that want to play with her.
