In the “Records Litter,” Bootleg is a sweet boy who steals the show when it comes to playtime –or treat time! “The tiny toy mice are evil and must be stalked and pounced on when they aren’t looking,” says his foster mom. “One whiff of treats and he will follow his nose till he has located them, bloodhound style.” But then, maybe he picked up his technique from the family pooch, alongside his brother, Vinyl? “Our dog cleaned their faces (drive-by licking) and they didn’t even flinch!” Bootleg has also mastered zoomies so impressive that they veer sideways, as well as “sneak attacks from dark places.” Once in a while, it dawns on him that he’s still a little kitten and others’ sudden movements scare him, “but treats work like band-aids.” Is Bootleg’s assorted antics music to your ears?
