Remember being glued to “To Kill a Mockingbird” in high school – first the novel, then the movie? Our Atticus may look nothing like Gregory Peck, but he has plenty of the personality of his character, attorney Atticus Finch. “Ambitious, motivated and smart” is how the kitten version’s foster mom would describe the tiny panther that has won her heart. But the furry Atticus is part “leader of the pack,” part lover. “Atticus is a lot of fun to play with. His curiosity keeps him engaged. He’s also quite the snuggler and loves to be held.” Because he’s such a social guy, his foster mom thinks he’d be happiest with humans who want to spend a lot of time with him, or at least a feline brother or sister to keep him company. So, is the verdict in? Does Atticus belong in your home?
