Part of the “Windy City Litter,” Willis earns his name from the Willis Tower. Just like a skyscraper, he stands above the rest when it comes to his curiosity and chattiness. “He is the most outgoing of the group and the most talkative,” says his foster dad. In fact, while his siblings tend to always stick close to people, Willis does enjoy exploring his surroundings and looking for an occasional adventure. But his head isn’t always in the clouds. “He does love his people and makes sure you are close by.
