With her fluffy tuxedo coat and ultra-loving ways, it’s hard to imagine Treasure as anything but
someone’s cherished companion. Yet just a month and a half ago, she was found nearly lifeless
in the bottom of an empty trash bin. “She looked awful,” recalls her foster mom. “She barely
weighed three pounds and wouldn’t eat.” But Whiskers TNR and its many supporters wouldn’t
give up on Treasure, and after a hospitalization and lots of TLC, this beautiful girl is ready to
become the family pet she was meant to be! Her hobbies including sleeping adorably and
cuddling continually, and she has the most adorable habit when it comes to greeting her foster
mom: “When she comes up to me, she always wants to rub up on my chin.” Treasure is still
getting used to loud household noises, but she shines when it comes to befriending kids, other
